A designation that less than 3% of the Residential Realtors nationwide hold. I have been certified as a Luxury Home marketing Specialist (CLHMS) for over a decade and pride myself in creating scenarios that enable my clients to get the MOST dollars a market will bear. I’d like to think that my knowledge, experience and negotiating skills are invaluable to creating the end result that every buyer or seller wants.
